The GCEF’s first Greenpoint CAP meeting included discussion of the roles of the State and CAP, review of collaboration and decision-making principles, initiation of discussions on the process for selecting environmental improvement projects, criteria for selecting a General Administrator (GA) to administer the Program, and general outreach to the community on the GCEF.
