The State, GA, and CAP held a conference call to discuss a draft RFP that would solicit full proposals for “Small Grants” (<$25,000), and pre-proposals for “Large Grants” ($25,000 and $2,000,000) and “Legacy Grants” (>$2,000,000). The incorporation of a “red-flag” (regulatory and permitting issues) review of applications by city, state, and federal agencies into the process was also discussed. New CAP members were introduced.
