The State, GA, and CAP finalized the RFP for “Small” and “Large and Legacy” grants and agreed to push back the deadline for submitting grant applications in response to feedback received at September’s Greenpoint Community Meeting. The GA presented a proposed roll-out for the RFP and a program of assistance for prospective applicants.
