State, GA, and CAP discussed the RFP-assistance workshops, including attendance and issues raised by attendees. The GA described the process for reviewing applications, including providing applicants with an opportunity to submit missing paperwork. Creation of a CAP subcommittee to assist the GCEF in crafting a full RFP for Large and Legacy Grants was also discussed.
