The State, GA, and CAP reviewed the results of a survey of GCEF applicants and the lessons learned from the first RFP process. New CAP members were introduced. The GA affirmed the membership of the CAP subcommittee that will assist in the development of the RFP soliciting full proposals for Large and Legacy Grants. Discussions with the CAP on proposed “Community Preferencing” events – a series of meetings providing the Greenpoint community an opportunity for input on the selection of Large and Legacy Grants to receive GCEF funding – also began.
