The State, GA, and CAP discussed GCEF’s Draft 2016 Workplan, GCEF’s Community Open House, and the CAP’s role, as GCEF shifts from grant-making to keeping the community informed about funded projects. The State thanked the CAP for its pivotal role in developing and implementing GCEF.
