GCEF held three separate community preferencing events, over two days in November, for Greenpoint residents, 16 and older, to review the 9 finalist Large and Legacy Grant proposals and cast ballot for those they wanted for their community. In all, over 600 Greenpoint residents cast ballots at these events.
