The State, its Community Outreach Consultant (Enviro-Sciences Engineering/ARC Engineering & Construction, P.C.), and the CAP joined with approximately 170 members of the Greenpoint community to discuss the GCEF, as well as the community’s ideas for possible environmental improvement projects and the criteria to be used in selecting a GA to administer the GCEF.
