On September 25, 2013, almost 300 Greenpoint residents and other interested people participated in a community meeting on the GCEF. The meeting provided an update on the GCEF as well as an in-depth discussion of the upcoming RFP for Small, Large, and Legacy grants. The presentation sought to provide attendees with a “roadmap” for participating in the GCEF grant program, including how to apply for funding and to avail themselves of the resources that the GCEF was dedicating to helping members of the community to develop their project ideas into successful proposals.
