The State, GA, and CAP discussed updates to the CAP Internal Protocols and the GCEF Roles and Responsibilities. The GA also provided an update on the Large and Legacy Grant RFP, including the work being done with the CAP subcommittee to help finalize criteria to be used in evaluating applications.
