The CAP and State reviewed feedback from Community Meeting 1, and began discussions on a Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit a GA for the program. CAP members with potential interest in applying for GCEF grant funding were asked to recuse themselves from these discussions and – from those members who were not recused – a CAP subcommittee was formed to hold further discussions on the contents of the RFA.
